goFred Apps - My Transit is a Bus Transit app designed for visitors and citizens of Fredericton, New Brunswick (Canada). It enables city transit users to find their way around the Fredericton area with near real time tracking of buses. goFred Apps is an app which will eventually contain a number of useful tools for the city of Fredericton. The first tool included in this version of the app is “My Transitâ€Â. This application was created by CGI in conjunction with the City of Fredericton. This release is a beta version which will be upgraded and enhanced in the near future.Features:• Simple easy to use interface.• Ability to select only the route you would like to see or select all routes available.• Touch a bus on the map to obtain information including bus speed, heading, and the routes which that bus is servicing.• Track a specific bus and have the map automatically updated and centered on the selected bus.• Ability to center on your current location • Plan your route from any location to any location using the “Plan your Route†feature, to present graphical or textual directions.• Easy access to Fredericton Transit Schedules.
